CPMB Mini-Camp Update

Hello Cougar Pride Music Families!

Welcome to the start of our 2018-2019 Marching Band Season.  We have had a fantastic turn out for mini camp.  Our students hit the ground running and are working hard on their fall show.
REMINDERS:
  • Check-In:  All students must check-in daily before the start of mini camp.  Check-in is at the white tables outside the band room.
  • Swag:  All students attending Mini Camp should have received their gear for the new marching season which includes a camelbak, sunglasses, hat, t-shirt, and shorts. If any student did not receive their gear, please advise one of the board menbers at check-in.
  • Paperwork:  There is a small packet of paperwork that must be completed and turned in for every student, including one form that must be notarized.  For your convenience, we will have a notary at the school during mini camp check-in at 5:30 PM today and tomorrow. If you did not receive forms from your student, we have them at check-in each day, or, you can download them from Charms.
  • Fees:  If you haven’t already turned in the $50 mini camp fee, please make sure fees are paid no later than tomorrow.  If you have funds available in your student’s Charms account, and would like to use them for the mini camp fee, please email our Treasurer at dmbtreasurer@gmail.com
We are thrilled to welcome a large number of new students to our program in all grade levels.  If students or parents have any questions, please feel free to contact our DMB board members for assistance.  Email questions can be directed to Durant Music Boosters President, Jennifer Fesperman, at dmbboard@gmail.com, or, most board members are present during mini camp check-in at the white tables outside the band room.  There is a lot to take in, so please don’t hesitate to ask questions.
